The Banking team along with Selisa has restructured the guild bank and its function. Below is the summary of changes that were brought about to make it more simplified and easier to maintain. Any ideas for improvement can be sent to a banking officer. The free trade, consumables, lock boxes, and donations tabs can be donated to by anyone. The other tabs require a rank 5 or higher to donate, and there are varying permissions to remove items based on tab and guild rank. You can review permissions level for each tab, for each guild rank.

 

Tabs were renamed and intent is as follows.

• Free Trade: Anything you want to give away directly to another player can be put into this tab. Anyone who wants anything may take anything from this tab, regardless of level of player. Please put lock boxes in respective tabs and also the consumables.

• Consumables: As the name implies anything that you can consume goes into this tab. There are various potions and foods in there that provides buffs of some sort to your toon's.

​

• Donations: This new tab is for anything that you want to donate to the guild either for events, or for the bank itself. Only a rank 5 or higher may remove items, and this was done because we had several people filling the rewards tab with junk, and also putting items into tabs that didn’t seem to make sense. The banking team will reallocate this tab to its appropriate tabs, or sell the items to increase guild AD. If there are specific items you wish to donate to event vault please let a rank 5 or higher know and it can be placed directly. Any item having a value of 10k AD or more will most likely be moved to the event vault if it does not fit into another tab. IE Shards tab will not get an enchantment, even if it is the same type.

Banking Department Policies:

Belisarius will maintain guild AD and preservation ward investment and sales.

​Any rank 5 or rank 6 officer is entitled to get items out of the guild bank for a guildie regardless of tab, there is no need to wait for someone from the banking office to assist you. All items from the rewards tab will require agreement with myself and the Guild Leader.

 

 

Gold donations are appreciated as well, as we are able to convert to AD, and thus provide better prizes/rewards for future guild events.

 

I do ask that if you plan to put an item into the guild bank, please don’t put something into the bank that you yourself would not ever want or use, the guild bank is not a trash depository for us to clean out to turn to gold. We ask that you do so… the bank is meant for your extra items that another guildie may be short on.
