Guild Rules & Policies:
Any rules and policies can be temporarily suspended if all rank 6's in the guild agree. This is an exception that can only be accomplished on a case by case basis and with unanimous vote of the rank 6s.

Demotions & Kicking
Showing disrespect, disobeying the chain of command or not fulfilling their duties can lead to demotion or (in extreme cases) kicking from guild.
If a person conducts a minor breach of rules he will be warned by a rank 5 or higher to rethink his behaviour. Once a person receives three (3) warnings they will be removed from the guild and never allowed to rejoin.

Grievance procedure
If you are demoted by a Senior Officer, you may appeal the decision by emailing the Guild Leader .
This process is done by email.
Both the demoted party and the demoter sends a single email to the Guild Leader who will then decide on one of the following:
-
Demotion was unwarranted and is turned back
-
It needs more clarification and an independent arbitrator is appointed by the Guild Leader to hear the case from both sides
-
The Guild Leader will then factor in the arbitrators recommendation. And make a ruling.
-
-
The demotion was warranted and is upheld.
